2.3 Accurate Information
When opening an account, you must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details as they actually are. Providing false information gives us the right to close the account.
2.4 Account Security
Keep your login password and access credentials secure. You are personally responsible for all actions taken from your account. If any unauthorized access occurs, notify us immediately.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
Deposit methods available at mmr10 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposits are protected with SSL encryption, so they are secure.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Please understand that if additional verification is required, it may take longer than that.
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering
The deposit and withdrawal methods must be the same. We strictly follow an anti-money laundering policy. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
3.4 Currency

4.2 Bonus Conditions
- The wagering requirement must be met at the time of requesting a bonus withdrawal.
- The bonus cannot be combined with other promotions and can only be received once.
- Only wagers made from the bonus amount count toward the wagering requirement.
- We reserve the right to modify bonus offers without prior notice.
4.3 VIP Program
mmr10 VIP levels are Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.4% cashback per week, Silver 0.8%, and Gold 1.2%. As your play activity increases, your level goes up and the bonus and cashback rates you receive also increase.
5. Game Rules
5.1 Player Responsibilities
All players must play fairly and must not disturb others, exploit the game system, or intentionally take advantage of errors.
5.2 Service Availability
We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we will give advance notice if downtime occurs due to maintenance or technical issues. We are not responsible for any financial losses that occur during downtime.
5.3 Technical Errors
We reserve the right to declare a game incomplete and replay it later if it was affected by software bugs, server errors, or connection interruptions.
5.4 Game Fairness
Results are calculated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, and we guarantee they are truly random. The fairness of games is audited regularly.
6. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform—
- Intentionally exploiting software bugs or server errors
- Using bots, macros, or any automated playing software
- Collusion — teaming up with other players to deliberately cheat the platform
- Any activity related to money laundering
- Renting or selling your account to a third party
- Opening an account using another person's personal information
- Attempting to fraudulently obtain bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
7. Account Closure and Restrictions
7.1 Our Right to Close Accounts
If we find a breach of these terms, suspected money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful activity, we reserve the right to close an account immediately without prior notice.
7.2 Closure by the Player
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our Customer Support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out, and any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited.
7.3 Wagering Period Policy
If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
8. Personal Information and Security
